The purpose of the organisation is to work with young people who are socially excluded and are at risk of criminal activity who live in and around the Birmingham area by providing physical activity on a weekly basis also one to one Mentoring/ Family support and Career Advice. 

-          Provide coaching opportunities for children and  young people

-          Introduce new players to grass roots football

-          Provide training opportunities for coaches ,volunteers , parents

-          Provide good standard of competitive football                                              

-          Provide opportunities for players to be scouted to professional clubs

-          Stamp out racism in football

-          To abide by the laws of the game
